How it works

  1. Bring any spreadsheet. CSV, TSV or Excel, with any column names in any order. Or paste rows.
  2. Pick where it is going: a store locator, Google Business Profile, or your own template.
  3. We match the columns and tidy the rows, then show a short list of what we did. Review everything shows every change, cell by cell.
  4. Answer at most two questions, like whether you already have stores there. Then download and follow the import steps.

How matching works

We read your column names and the values underneath them. Headers in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch are recognised.

A column full of UK postcodes is treated as a postcode column even if its header says Code. A column we are not sure about is left out rather than guessed.

Your file stays on your computer

Free, no sign-up. Your file never leaves your computer. There is no upload and no account. We read it, map it and build the new file in this tab. Your last session is kept in this browser so you can pick up where you left off, and "Clear my data" removes it.

Can I map my data onto my own template?

Yes. Choose Your own template and upload a CSV or Excel file whose first row has the column names you need. A file with only the header row is fine. We map your data onto those columns.

Do my columns have to be in the same order as the template?

No. We match columns by their names and the values in them, then write them in the order your platform wants.
